Dr. Mauricio Colomo is a highly experienced and compassionate dental professional dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy and confident smiles. With over 20 years of clinical experience across three countries, he brings advanced training and a patient-centered approach to every aspect of care.

Dr. Colomo earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Mayor de San Andres University in La Paz, Bolivia, then pursued specialized postgraduate training in Brazil, completing both a Master of Science (MS) and a Specialty in Endodontics. After returning to Bolivia, he practiced general dentistry and endodontics before relocating to the United States.

In the U.S., Dr. Colomo completed his residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, where he further refined his skills in comprehensive care. Since then, he has provided exceptional dental services throughout Virginia and joined the Caring dental in 2015.

Dr. Colomo offers a wide range of advanced treatments with a focus on endodontics (root canal therapy), dental implants, Invisalign, and cosmetic smile makeovers. He is known for his gentle chairside manner and commitment to using the latest techniques and technologies to deliver high quality, personalized care.

Dr. Colomo enjoys playing soccer and spending time with his family. He believes a healthy, beautiful smile has the power to transform lives and he's passionate about making that transformation possible for every patient.
